There have and been some unsigned messages re the President of Verandas 2 posted on the Blog. There has also been a statement that owners would soon be voting for the next President at the upcoming Annual Meeting.
I would like to point out the the by-laws state that any owner can stand for and be elected to the Board. There is no residence requirement. Secondly Owners elect Directors only. The Board then elect the Officers of the Association including President, Secretary and Treasurer.
