New club rates as of Oct.
If the yearly rates goes up in Oct. there must be something wrong, club was full
lunch and dinner, events,the bar "HUGE profits on liquor", golf course was full even singles had problems getting in."Things could not be better at Countryside."

If the the food and beverage is still running at a deficit it's time to let an outside company run it. Let them pay for staff and benefits ( 400,000 built into budget over 600.00 minimum) lets go forward! it's absurd! rates should be going down. Everything is down from last year.
Insurance,you can negotiate food, beverage,everything is negotiable now.

How much money is in reserve? Remember you can make the numbers look any way you want,what are the real #'s.

Future project's is an automatic assessment yes "automatic"
how much is in the automatic pool ? Assessments should be voted on but we have found away around this, so members don't get to vote on them. Are reserves over funded ?

All department heads should be told cut back 15% and make it work, department heads
seem to have a free reign yes they are doing a good job but that doesn't mean free to do what ever they want. Everyone should be held accountable. J H
