I was at a forum a few months ago and an elderly gentleman spoke on being fined for having a for sale sign on his car. As I understand the rules, a committee can only recommend to the master board and the master board approves the report, then the fine is levied upon that person. We have a person on the same committee that approved the fine for the person with the for sale sign who is doing tile work in Countryside and when he has a job, his garage becomes his shop. What is the Master Board doing about this, I assume nothing as this person is on the committee that punishes members that are in violation, What a joke.
