Mary: This is a copy posted below of your email to you on 4/20/07, when I asked a question and provided you information on what Norm Johnson wanted to do. You also know that when Norm Johnson came to the board with this proposal the first time, he was asked by President Kudelski if the home owners were aware of this request and as I remember Norm Johnson said no and then President Kudelski asked him to wait so this could be discussed with the home owners. There was never any meeting that I know of where all home owners could meet and have their input. Norm Johnson just came back to the board with the same request and it was approved by the master board. Mary, you were elected to the board to represent us, not Norman Johnson and the Architectural Committee. I want to go a little further, why is the master board allowing Norm Johnson to run a business out of his home. The last few postings have made me very curious (1) Isn't this a conflict of interest. (2) Is Norm Johnson insured by Countryside or has he posted a bond, because of his position on the Architectural Committee we all could be liable for his actions. (3) is he paying taxes to the IRS and County, (4) By being a Canadian citizen is he even allowed to work in this country. These are only some of the concerns that member have. PUBLIC TRUST IS VERY IMPORTANT and that is why I am running against you and Norm Johnson for the master board. I have been told that this BLOG is being read by many people and some outside of Countryside, there are between 350 to 400 hits on this each day. It would make you wonder who is watching.
