I have dug into this proposed insurance change on flood insurance due to change next September 2011. Looks to me that FEMA is shoving it to us....You should contact your insurance brokers for more information...It,s still ongoing..Probably should get the State and County Reps invoved also.

After you check with them you might want to get an elevation certificate.....Carl Hicks
