"YOU CANNOT HELP THE POOR BY DESTROYING THE RICH" was" not" a quote from our 16th President, Abraham Lincoln. William J. H. Boetcher, a Presbyteriun Minister released a pamphlet titled "Lincoln on Limitations" which did not include a Lincoln quote, but added his own. This was done around 1942.
