While I occasionally read the blog I have rarely responded but in the case of the suggestion/opinion by Carl Hicks relative to a discount for a certain group I must offer the following.
-----First, this is America and everyone is entitled to their opinion and can freely express their views.
Second, Mr Hicks, thank your for your opinion but I do not agree. I can feel your empathy for the person who lost their spouse as I too have experienced the pain of losing someone. However, to suggest that we offer a discount for this class or the class of those over 65 has led me to offer a different view.

I believe that one person responded that our by-laws are specific and they . They can, however, be changed by amendment as long as a vote is placed and the necessary votes for passing are achieved.
----------------------However, I would not support such an amendment.
