Sunday morning approximately 7:15 I was out with my sister walking her small Jack Russell. At the corner of St. Ives and Countryside Drive two big dogs came from behind the house on the corner, one being a Pit Bull. It viciously attacked the dog and bit my sister. The owner had a hard time getting the dog to release the puppy. The police and EMT came and treated her bite. The dog needed surgery on his neck and came very close to being killed. Just want anyone walking small dogs to be aware. What's wrong with people who let out their dogs unleashed, especially a Pit Bull.----------Sandra Earl
