The situation with the home/owner has been going on for far too long. If the Homeowner's Association has not taken action before regarding the infractions of this party it should now proceed. The noise from the motorcycles on weekends is not acceptable; the appearance of conducting work on the premises; the possession of two large dogs; etc. should be addressed immediately. As another resident wrote the Association could be sued for lack of due diligence. The majority of C.S. residents abide by the rules and regulations set forth as we all should.
