My third grade teacher Mrs James would say "empty barrels make the most noise.." the people that are complain ting about the motorcycles I bet never had the joy of riding one, The ones that are complaining about dogs I bet never had the love or a joy that a dog gives's. If your have a problem with a neighbor why don't your just go over and talk to them , we don't need the Board to get involved, We are neighbors not strangers that past into the night,
