"make more noise than the motorcycle" - should read than the "motorcycles" particularly on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. Rubbish trucks benefit the entire community and remain in one area for a brief amount of time, as for school buses never found that to be a problem - neither of these situations are prohibited in the by-laws as are the restrictions on vehicle repairs, trucks being garaged after 6 p.m., dog/pet regulations,etc.
