Florida statutes are under 718.00 for condos and Home owners are under Fl. St. 720.00. All condo rules pertaining to dogs aren't all the same in Countyside. Some condos don't allow any dogs and some allow a small size dog for the owners of the condo.Renters are not allowed to have dogs in Condos but can under the Statute 720.00 in the Homeowners rules.
I have no problem with the homeowner's motorcycle on Countryside Drive. I have never seen him speed and the pipes aren't loud ones. I haven't seen the motorcycle out at night, it seems to be in his garage at the right time. Sounds to me that he is living by the rules for motorcycles under homeowners Statute 720.00. As far as work being done out of a garage in Countryside, are there any other owners who kind of work out of their garages?
