ATTENTION RESIDENTS:
Beginning July 13, the back nine holes (#10 thru #18) will be closed for approximately 3 weeks. We are replacing the bridge on hole #18. For everyone's safety, absolutely no pedestrian or bicycle traffic should take place in this area during that time.
In addition, the cart staging area between the pro shop and clubhouse will also be undergoing a face lift during that same time period. The concrete will be removed and brick pavers will be installed. Construction vehicles will be on site, and various areas will require barricades. Please be alert and obey all barricades and safety instructions during this time. Safety of our residents and guests is our highest priority.
And finally, beginning July 27, the common area roads throughout Countryside will be re-surfaced. This means that the top 1" of roadway will be removed and fresh asphalt will be laid. This process will take approximately 2 weeks to complete. Traffic will be permitted throughout the property as usual. Please obey flaggers and safety personnel instructions, and allow a few extra moments to travel throughout Countryside during this time.
We apologize for any inconvenience these projects may cause. If you have any questions, please feel free to call the office at 353-1780.
