Hey, go to the forums or board meetings and suggest that. The more people who suggest it, the more they(the board members) will have to give it serious thought. Make it an issue. Ask them why the financial meetings or budget meetings cannot not be held earlier in the year. The blog is a good place to bring up issues, but the forum is even better. The board is accountable to the members. aml
