Last year the Master Board passed a nine (9) percent raise for the October maintenance fees. Right now, here on this earth, in Naples Fl., in Countryside, times are the worst they have been since the Great Depression. Some owners are having trouble paying their fees. Sure, I want to keep this club at it's best, but we owe it to our members to keep costs down. Although I respect your opinion I can't endorse your theory. It's not about trust, it's about doing whats right for "All" the owners.. Hold the line on all fee raises..........
