Last summer Florida Public Light put an increase of 8% on our Fl. electricity bills for the cost of fuel. At that time fuel cost had risen quite a bit. In this past January, FPL gave us back 1% bringing us back to a 7%. The fuel cost across the country have decreased to more than half of what they were last summer. It doesn't seem fair!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another case of the consumer getting jammed...They must be using platinuim for their fuel........ C. H.
