Fact; 615 members responded to the survey-54% of the members. Of that 320 members voted for term limits-52% of the members- a mandate. In order to change the Documents a 2/3 vote is needed in both the social and golf members. We have not voted on the issue of Term limits. Voting in a survey is not the same as voting for a change in the documents. The board should vote on the issue. If they accept it, then it goes to the membership. Then the membership can vote if they want term limits or not-2/3 of each. Or the board can reject the issue, not send it to the members. Then it is over. -------R.L.
