You seem to be missing one small detail. We purchased our condo in 1991 and at that time you paid $20,000 more for a golf condo vs a non golf condo. At today's prices I'm sure it's a lot higher. So, maybe if you guys want to pay the going rate for golf equity someone may be willing to listen or not!
