52% is a mandate in any survey. Why have a survey if you are not going to act? Remember it represents a trend in the community. We are very lucky to get that many to participate in a survey. Remember we have block voting when it comes to Master association. For those who do not know what block voting is I will try to explain. If your association has 50 members and there is an issue to vote on that would result in a document change, all are given the right to vote. Only 10 members vote, 6 for & 4 against. The entire 50 votes are cast by the president of the association in favor of the issue. That is how the big numbers ae reached when voting on master board issues
---=That is why it is important to vote regarding all issues. It is apparent that this issue was too much for some people to deal with. Why take a survey if we can pick and choose.
Read the survey. Many issues were dealt with having a much lower percentage.
