The question on the 19Th hole should be addressed to the Board and J.D. and should be answered to your satisfaction. From what I understand the total cost of operating the golf course, salaries, machinery, product etc. etc. is now divided by 19 instead of 18. This is how maintaining golf course per hole is now estimated. Instead of calling it a driving range it is now the 19Th hole for the social members to share. Clarification should come from the Board or the Comptroller.
Other golf courses the 19Th hole is a place to get a cocktail, hot dog etc.
