I feel that anyone who plays golf on our course needs to pay a fee. The only way we can keep our budget in shape is to follow this policy. If the members want no walking fees that"s fine but in turn members who want to ride for their golf should not pay for a cart. Then see what the annual fee would be!! The bottom line is that we have to meet budget or we will get an assessment. The present state of our community is great just stop complaining about your justified contribution to meet the budget.
