I had friends visit us (try) on this past Sunday around 5:00 PM. There had been trouble this past weekend with Embarq, (the local phone provider), they were at the visitor's gate for around 35 minutes. The phone lines were out therefore the gate would not open. My friends drove all the way from Boca Raton and didn't get to see us. My neighbors above me came down for a few weeks and had a rental car and they waited 30 minutes and finally had to tailgate to get to their own condo. I had heard of people coming here at 2 or 3 in the morning waiting to get in because of the same problem. This problem should be addressed ASAP. Lets make Countryside a friendly place to visit and establish a workable system that will address these problems.
