Okay labor day is gone, summer is over so let's get back to business of countryside,
I see the general manager stepping up and answering questions. That's great but I
didn't see him compare to clubs in our category, this seems odd to me that a man
just coming from a totally different part of country has all this information so
readily. It seems the webmaster has become part of the inner club not asking or pushing ligit questions, ask your friends ( St. Marcia & co.)
1. Why when the survey clearly showed the members wanted term limits did the board
send it to Presidents council? We are not all stupid it was a stalling tactic hoping it would either go away or be buried, Board members let the members decide not you.
2. Golf leasing or sale by members that no longer use it was addressed at President's council but also buried which many were in favor of. Why not let the
members decide because there are over 250 members that don't set foot on the golf course.
Answer: Because it lets a few small minded people think they are superior to social members to those who think like this, Golf members are entitled to no more than
social members EXCEPT GOLF you only think you are.
Remedy: Let the people who do not have golf lease it or buy what difference does it make who owns it.Those that don't use it would save a lot of money 1,500.00 a year they pay anyway for nothing were all in this together RIGHT !!!
Lets see if the board members have the courage to reply, webmaster keeps patting Mrs. Feeney on the back saying she will address any questions lets see!! J H
