Nice to see somebody ask the questions many of us think about but for what ever reason don't, the board should let us answer these questions with a vote it is our club. How is it that the members would not get the chance to vote on such important questions. I would love to be able to lease my golf haven't used it in years.
I know it's part of owning a house but the fee could be spent elsewhere, I know some of the board members, my Presidents council member told me it was a possibility so
if it effects only people that can't other wise use it, what is the problem of it being used ? I am not for term limits but do believe we should vote on it, that is called democracy this is our Holmes and community everyone's vote should count.

Web master, J H has no reason on calling you out I have seen you toned down and provide a way members can voice there opinion's with no personal attacks. The blog has been a very good place to find out whats going on. I for one read it everyday
