I posted a posting on this blog several days ago about "Agenda Items" and I would like to clarify my remarks. I would like to see the Master Board allow the owners the right to speak directly after each agenda item or have the Master Board have the 30 minute owners question time after all the agenda items are completed. In my previous posting I never meant to imply that "New" Agenda items were added to the list by the Master Board directly after the 30 minute question period. I realize that the agenda is determined days before the Master Board meetings. As I said before, the Master Board members have points of view that are talked about on each agenda item. I feel it's important for owners to weigh in on the Master Board's points of view as Mr. Richard White, Naples Paper's authority on Florida association laws, has said in his Naples column. To quote Mr White, "he feels that the owners should have the right to talk right after each agenda item".
