How about reducing the Golfers annual fee by $600 and increase the playing fee to $30.00 per round. The annual fee goes up so as to keep the playing fee down.
Some of us do not play golf, for what ever reason and we pay. It's like a bridge, tax money built it and if you want to cross you pay the toll.
