There are well made points but why would you not attache your name, the blog has
and continues to gain a following for which is why it was started. It is not mine it is Countryside's to find out what is going on and have dialog of perceived problems
and how we might solve them. ( I did not hear any solutions )

Here is my take on the mind set that food and beverage ( actually liquor is the only money maker ) loses 300,000.00 thousand dollars right from the get go, if this is the mind set of course it will never change. ( $500.00 x 1133 menbers = $566,500.00 )

I do not know what the new G M ( Mike ) has in mind but if you watch and listen to him he's a very bright guy. I would bet that he knows the names of all the regulars he greets, walks around, talks to all the members to pick there brains about what members are happy about and not, changes will be made.

This is fact, we have in our community several very successful former restaurant owners Pat Ciccone, Billy O'Neil, Charlie Beck and there are others who have offered their expertize only to be told thanks but no thanks.
My question is why would you not pick their brains, solution, would have been obvious
