The reason there was no minimum years ago was because we were not a private club. The dinning room was open to the public. The members at that time, for what ever reason, voted to go private. Without the public support there was not enough business so they had to set a minimum in order to keep the dinning room open. We still have a short fall that's why they raised the minimum. I'm not taking any side I'm just stating what transpired. Hence, if we lower the minimum for some people the others have to cover it.
