It would be nice if the owners were given an itemized list of our maintenance fee....I understand that the unspent minumum that the club gets back every year is not put back into the restaurant side of the ledger. (Around 60K a year). When is the last time Countryside had a "complete audit" =soup to nuts???? I think this new GM will trim some fat after he gets a grip on whats going on at our club....Lets hope..
