Great idea.
Who in their right mind would keep budgeting almost half a million dollars loss. Since raising the minimum does nothing for the losses why do it? Maybe because we can be held hostage the restaurant. We agree, have affairs catered and the rest of the time have lunch and snacks in the bar and lounge area.
