Senator Obama was born in the United States of Hawaii 2 years after it became a state on Aug. 21, 1959. As such he acquired US citizenship automatically at birth. I think the 14th Amendment applys to this situation. It seems to me that when Obama decided to run for President he had to fill out a number of forms through the sate department for his eligibility.
So it looks like your going to have to beat him the old fashion way, "Vote"
