Not too many years ago, the rangers on the Golf Course would fly a yellow or red flag. This indicated to the group that their pace was slow or very slow. But don’t tell them to get going. Now with the new dress code, we have the bag boys telling us on the driving range to tuck in our shirts. Also, put your hat on correctly or you can’t wear those pants. In the lounge, waiters tell you, you can’t wear jeans. Pretty soon the dishwasher will be telling you which fork to use. This is not the job of the hired help, it’s the manager’s job. Let’s get rid of the managers if they can’t control the help.
