Dear Simple, this is what I have been talking about, everybody has a right to their opinion, should I be worried that you don't agree with me of course not. This is my opinion, if everybody had the same this world would be pretty boring and stale.
It appeared to me Bob Ellefsen Sr's issue was you did not sign, I did not think it
was personal what you had said, you laid out how a manager manages.
I believe I know 1st hand what Bob was talking about, when I 1st came all I ever heard was the board says this and the board says that, and the person delivering
the message seemed to get great joy in this. I no longer experience this, I have been asked to tuck my shirt in on the driving range ( which I totally agree with but I thought it made me look a little thinner ) it was handled discreetly nobody wants to be embarrassed. So here is what I think, I think the dress code is good
this is a Country club. I also think common sense should always prevail, how things
are handled makes all the difference. I personally have made mistakes and was viewed as negative all I ever wanted was to have an open forum to make Countryside
a better place,to exchange ideas, and people that went home would know what was going on here. Bob might not agree with me but I am sure he would not want me to
agree when I did not.
Make a difference have an opinion, remember Countryside has a reputation as the best kept secret in Naples. We have J.D. (golf superintendent ) T. K.(golf pro ) and now a new G M Mike Bradfield, it just keeps getting better.
