With the two resignations from the Master Board, it would be nice if the notice with the information on filling their vacancy's was enclosed with the monthly billing for the areas involved. Just a few months ago, Country Manor had a vacancy and a member was appointed by the Master Board to that position and there were some members saying they never knew anything about the appointment. By mailing the notice with the monthly bills, notification would have been made.
