Thanks for the information John. So what your saying is that every owner in Countryside will pay $1,912.00 for the maintenance fee: to pay for everything that is not under the golf juristiction. Clubhouse, workout room, tennis courts, community pool, front and back gates, common areas lighting, fountain and common areas not in any association's area and etc. The golf owners will pay $1, 603.60 for their annual golf fee.
