I try to verify anything I get before sending it on if it could hurt a person or a business. I got this from the horses mouth...I called Circuit City and ask them if they had a restocking fee for returned merchandise. The lady told me yes and that it was 15%.....I won't be shopping there....When I called Best Buy The clerk told me it depended on what you buy and the restocking fee ranged from 15% To 25%. Don't know about you, but I can do without either one of these two stores...Virginia
