I rarely read the blog but was very interested to hear about the new fees. I just saw the new figures for membership and that is 20% increase in food requirement, a 9.8% increase in social membership and a 9.1% increase in golf membership. At a time when people are having trouble selling their properties and many are in financial distress I question these % increases. We all know everything is going up and I am sure no one expected the dues to decrease or remain the same but, I was quite surprised by the high percentage increases and wonder if I am the only one.
