General board meeting
Everything went as I had reported about the budget, all items were unanimously
approved except $600.00 dollar min. Mary Olson voting against.

After a full day and a half of observing the board in action here are my observations. Please remember I'M SURE WE HAVE ALL BEEN ON COMMITTEES that were painful to be on, it is one thing to disagree, but never getting to the point is another.

1. I saw no one with a personal agenda only the community's best interest in mind.

2. I saw members change their vote either way when good arguments were given.

3. I saw a respectful attitude toward other members views although not always agreeing. I saw a board that brought the best out of each other with their
presence.

I am for term limits but I can not imagine the board without Dom Festa, he has a presence that get's everything back on track.

I am not ready to nominate " Marcia Feeney " for Saint hood BUT WE CAN ALL SEE THE CHANGES THAT HAVE OCCRUED good organizations start from the top, that is where
attitudes are shaped.
So keep up the good work---Countrywatchdogs only wants the best for the community!!
