Thank God for this Blog, you really supply us with a lot of useful information, especially during the summer, when it's slower than a snail. Remember, in June is when the Master Board sets the Maintenance fees that are due in October for all of us. I hope they hold the line this year, especially since we are in a recession. Insurance for the commons items ( Clubhouse, workout room, pro-shop, maintenance barn and etc.) should be considerably less this year seeing that we haven't had any hurricanes in awhile. Lets hope the fees stay the same, or even go down a few bucks.
