I attended the open forum yesterday and was surprised to hear that the owners on Countryside still own half of the street in front of their house. I was also surprised at the answers to questions that our president gave when Becky, a director from Country Haven was trying to give her opinion of what has taken place and she also stated that the owners never signed a quick claim deed giving their part of the street that they own to the master association. As I understand it, Becky works for an attorney and this is what she does for a living and she was trying to answer a question asked by a member and our president did not agree with her.

A few day's ago, there was an item in the Blog about the vote for the gates and I think it was 53% against them and they were installed any way. Don't you think something is wrong here. I am not against the gates in any way, but I also believe in the democratic way and this did not happen.

I never got my answer as to who owns Countryside Dr, it sounds like the county still does as certain things were not done in order for the transfer to be approved.

It is my intention, to inquire with the county on who does own the street.
