Can someone tell me why the wooden mailboxes needed to be installed at 42" above "gutter" level to bottom of mailbox. Yet new mailboxes installed with architectural committee jurisdiction, installation in the neighborhood of 45" appears to be acceptable. Example look at 265 and 261 Countryside Dr for example.
