The tension between the board @ the manager usually peaks out at about 3 or 4 years, then they are let go. That seems to be the norm. As far as Stacy goes, she should not have been rehired. The last manager @ her put this community at risk when we were not told of the rodent problem in the club. It was kept quiet until a few visitors were seen it the lounge.
