I HAVE BEEN CHECKING OUT COUNTRYSIDE ON LINE AND I WAS SURPRISED TO SEE THE FOLLOWING UNDER ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL REQUIREMENTS

House numbers shall be affixed to both sides and shall be raised white metal or plastic. Names are not permitted on the mailbox structure.

After reading this it would make you wonder if someone had stock in a certain company and they forgot to mention that our wood mailbox is also legal and I am sure that I read in the Blog that the Architectural Committee and Master Board can (not) make home owners change their mailbox.
