I am surprised to see the recommendations that were made to the Master Board. Because a committee is formed, it does not mean that members should be bringing there own agendas forward. One thing Mr. Ciccone did not mention, how about discrimination, could it be there. I would hope the master board would give these recommendations serious thought.
