Thanks for your prompt response, but the Q. still remains .... why green instead of brown or black? I also like the new boxes ... wish they were an option before we ponied up $100+ bucks for the "new" wooden ones a few years ago. Also, I would hope that someone from the Architectual Committee or Mgmt would have reviewed/monitored the installation of the new boxes. From my observation, they were not set in concrete or stones-in-the-hole planting. I hope the $$$ will be justified down the road when they begin to lean and sway! I don't think they will be maintenance free
