If you have received a DEFICIENCY NOTICE and item 7 is check off stating (needs collar around base of post) this is not true. I have received a couple of inquires on the inspection reports mailed out from the Architectural Committee and if any one has a question, check my mail box at 537 Countryside Dr. This was installed by Countryside and I received the same notice and when I made the complaint to the GM, he sent Norm Johnson over to see me and the rules changed, so I would have to say they changed for all single family homes, Now all they have to do is change it in the Countryside Directory.
