I would like to make a few comments about what I have recently seen or heard.
Mr Hicks is correct the new mail boxes look ridiculous knowing that a mail box
never has to be replaced as long as it kept up nor if sold. This is what makes
some of us upset, if you sell or buy a home no one can make you buy a new mail box
why doesn't a board member tell the members the truth instead of trying to bully
the home owners. Mary, Marcia please set the record straight so that some of the
home owners are not confused.
I have several friends in Country Manor they tell me about how the ( board member Kunow was replaced ) board replaced this board member with someone they wanted not the candidate Country Manor wanted in a 7 to 1 vote.
The candidate they would have chosen did not get 1 vote from board members, so what the members want does not count this is very disheartening when do we get people
that truly care what the members want.
Thought things would change!!!
