I am glad that there is going to be a forum for the up coming election for director of the master board. It would have been nice if this had been done before the election and the mail box issue could have been included. I am sure members will have their say at the forum. One more thing, Tom Kiddle is President of Homeowners One and is co chair of the Architectural Committee and failed to bring the mail box issue to members of homeowners one in a public meeting as instructed by the master board.

I have a problem with light hors-d"oeuvres being served at the cost of all Homeowners One and as a director of Homeowners One, I would like to know who gave president Kiddle the right to spend this money, I know I did not. It was my motion at out last meeting to keep our dues at the same level in order to cover the cost of cutting the grass on certain home that are vacant with no homeowner in residence and we would lien the property to get the money back. We wanted to decrease the amount we were charging, but could not. Tom you have crossed the line on this issue, offering food in order to get homeowners to come to a meeting where most have already voted, how do you justify this?

When you come to meet the candidates for an election, I do not think that we should have to offer food in order to get members to attend. If a member is interested in the election they would come any way, just to hear the candidates.

When I was at the last meeting when the Master Board was meeting the candidates to fill the open position, I remember one question posed to a candidate and it was even though you would be a director from your area, you know you would be representing all of countryside and he agreed.

Back to the meeting on February 18, at 5pm, I feel no food should be served and any member of Countryside should be allowed to attend.

Tom Kiddle I am putting you on notice, as a director I am against what you have done. I would like to know how the other Home Owners Associations feel about this.
