Hi Cliff:

Would you be kind enough to provide me with a copy of the contract and permits that the Architectural Committee and Countryside have in regard to mail box installations. I have concerns over the amount of money that is being charged to members and does this private contractors have the property license and insurance and is it on file in your office.

What is disturbing to me is when Norm Johnson came to my home he was very serious about it when he said Countryside did not install mail boxes. I know Countryside did install my mail box a few years ago and it was put on our bill, has this policy changed.?

The mail box inspection report is very vague and I would like to know the exact amount of money that is being paid to this contractor and how much is Countryside charging as it is being charged through members accounts.
