TERM LIMITS

I attended the Membership survey meeting and would like to make a few comments. One of the questions on the survey was "If the club was a top three casual dining choice"? Only 34.7% said yes. When asked what are your favorite resturants members listed 224 different establishments. The top ten were Carrabbas, Di Julio's, Outback Steak, Olive Garden, Alice Sweetwaters, The Dock, Frascati's The Boat House, Mangrove Cafe' and First Watch. I think our resturant has improved greatly and I would like to see our members use it more often.
The moderator from the survey company said that the NORM in Country Clubs for terms of the Master Board are usually 2 (TWO) 3 year terms. I think that our members voted that they would want some kind of "Term Limits." 89 owners answered the survey to be available to serve on our board. So I hope our current board gets the message and institutes some kind of "Term Limits" along these lines.
Something has to be done about our Gates at our two entrances Two of the gates where you depart from Countryside are not even there. They have been smashed. One of the members (Davis) gates is missing also. These gates have been like this for several days, some even weeks.
Overall I think the survey was very beneficial to all, now it's up to the master board to follow through.
